There are good people and bad people every where but those that have the power to change the law can make live very hard. In Switzerland if you are planning to get married to a woman and you are not a Swiss think careful before you do it.
A man got married to a Swiss woman have two children the life at home for that man was take care of the family while the wife work. Life was like this for him her mother will tell the man how to spend the money if he goes shopping with his wife;s mother.
If the children do any thing wrong and the father should correct the children he will find him self in big trouble with his wife and her mother. Things reach stage where the wife of this man do not even have the time to make love to her husband.
One evening the children started fighting and the father went to correct them and that cause a fight between him and his wife. Would you believe two days later the wife took the went to her sister then call the man and said to him she will not be coming home until he leave the house.
He did not leave as she said then she went to the social department in the Village of Münsingen told them her side of the story. They gave her a paper to go to the police with out talking with husband then the police call and said he have to leave the house.
In this case i must say the police was very nice to him when they went to the house and heard what happened. Live became for that man because it took four months before the social department find him a place to sleep could you imagine he does not have family in Switzerland.
Well i talk with this guy and he said he did not have any plans to leave his children and he has to find a way to be with his children. By this time the wife decides she want to have a divorce the matter went to court and the Judge made an order that he can see his children.
On top all this problem this man had for finding a place to sleep even sleeping on the streets the order from the court was sent to the social department in Münsingen.
This man must get his close from the house and see his children a man by the name of Mr.Helmut Jost call him to a meeting made him sign over the apartment to his wife changed the order from the court and give to him a protokoll on how he can see his children.
After getting the apartment in her name she packed all his things out side in boxes he does not know how long his things was outside the cats slept in his clothes so he had to put away half of it and some of the things he did not get.
All this is happening because his wife worked at one of the community office and he is not a Swiss.Now that the matter is finished in court from the 05-12-2012 the now ex wife stop him from seeing the children now is the 18-01-2013 and no one will do any thing about it on the other side of life the social department is giving him a hard time of his life because they want him to leave Switzerland.
